WE ALL HAVE a preferred snack for when we go to the cinema.

Some of us prefer popcorn while others enjoy horsing into an enormous bag of Maltesers.

But the really clever people? They know that the most magical cinema snack of them all is a delicious combination of the two.

Maltesers and popcorn is where it’s at, people.

Maltesers and popcorn is love. Maltesers and popcorn is life.

There’s no film that isn’t enhanced by a generous helping of Maltesers and popcorn.

The film could be total tripe, but it’s worth it for being able to shovel popcorn and Maltesers into your mouth for 90 minutes.

In fact, it might just be the best part about going to the cinema

They’re just a match made in heaven

Buttery cinema popcorn paired with the sweet crunch of Maltesers? It sounds like it shouldn’t work, but it just does.

And it has to be cinema popcorn.

Don’t get us wrong — it works with microwave popcorn, too. But there’s just something about cinema popcorn that makes it extra delicious.

Once you try it, your mind will be like this:

Honestly, you’ll feel like you just split the first ever atom.

“AM I THE FIRST PERSON TO DISCOVER THIS? DOES EVERYONE ELSE KNOW HOW DELICIOUS THIS IS? I MUST TELL EVERYONE!”

Like, not to overstate it, but it might be the greatest invention of all time

These even exist now.

EH, GENIUS.

Because, like Sandy and Danny in Grease, they just go together.
